Yes, we can receive passengers at the three terminals of the Los Cabos International Airport – Terminal 1, Terminal 2, and FBO/Private.

When arriving at SJD /Los Cabos Airport our representative wearing a bright Yellow Polo shirt/Khaki pants will be waiting for you outside the exit right under a big awning mark with # 4 on the roof, They will have your name on a sign and will assist you with all the luggage. You will be escorted to your air-conditioned vehicle where we will have cold water and beer waiting (only for private transfers). 

*Remember. –  there is a lot of people inside the airport trying to get your attention, please ignore them and walk of the way out until you see clear sky and breathe fresh air.

When it is time to return home from Cabo San Lucas, we will pick you up and bring you back to the airport, we recommend you schedule a  3 hours pick up prior flight departure.

Upon making a reservation the client should let WeGoCabo know how many
pieces of luggage passenger is traveling with, the standard is one regular luggage
and one duffle bag per person. If you arrive with excessive luggage you will be
charged an additional fee. Excessive luggage that is overweight and oversized will
also be charged an additional fee. Wheelchairs and large walkers are not
considered luggage and will be charged a fee for transport.

All payments processed on WeGoCabo.com are processed securely, through SSL
encryption by a third-party abiding by all legal guidelines set forth by that issuing
country. Merchant Processing is through Paypal.com
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance and subject to a refund of base
fare minus any taxes and merchant fees, otherwise, no refund will be provided.
Refunds if issued, are issued to the original method payment within 5-10 business
days.
According to the policies and standards of the Secretary of Transportations in Baja
California SUR, changes can be made up to 12 hours prior to the service that is to
be provided, however, cancellations at this time will not be issued a refund.
Last-minute changes cannot be guaranteed, service will depend on vehicle
availability and subject to an additional rebooking fee.
Further 2nd set of changes to changes that have been made will not be allowed.
